Voice Pulse voicepulse.com Voice Pulse has decided not to honor the agreements that they have made with long time users Internet

So I have been a voicepulse customer for YEARS. and on a development account that I have and use on occasion to check configurations or just have as a backup, they took $50 from me a few years ago.

I have just let that money “sit” there all this time and they are getting the benefit of that money.

BUT now that is not good enough for them.

a few days ago, I got an email that now says there is a $10 min monthly fee.

a few days after that, I got an email that says there will ALSO be a $2.95 fee because they have to obey the law.

when I called to get a refund they said that I was not entitled to one and quite frankly, the guy at the other end of the phone just did not care.

STAY AWAY from this company, they are not an honorable bunch.

So after complaining here, and sending in a link to that complaint.

the company has changed it’s mind in MY case.

they called to let me know that.

they are canceling my account and sending a check for the balance in my account.

It is amazing how fast things change when we the people shine the light on bad behavior.

I want to hear from the person that made the decision so that I can ask them if this applies to ALL of its customers or just those of us who complain in public.

the person at the other end said that they WILL NOT call me back. ( but they also said that they would NOT give me my money back ).

after doing a little digging, it seems that they may have new owners or a management change and there are a LOT of people unhappy about what is happening over there.

it seems the wholesale rates have doubled. ( tho I have not heard any complaints from my customers that I have setup with them ).

I think VoicePulse needs to make this right for ALL of their customers.

I will keep telling the world until they do.
